• Operator Athlete: 6 weeks, with progressive phases.

• Resistance training series: Ongoing 6-week cycles with a deload week in between.

7. Can I cancel or pause my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel or pause your subscription anytime through your account settings or by contacting us directly. Refunds may not apply unless required by law.

8. How do I communicate with my coach?

All communication happens through the Performance Legion app. You can send messages, have virtual calls, ask questions, and receive feedback on your progress.
