My name is Jason Okerblom, based in the Dupont, Washington/ Joint Base Lewis McChord area. With nearly two decades serving as a Special Forces Green Beret, I’ve dedicated my career to training professionals and helping them maintain peak performance. My passion for fitness, optimal performance and helping others drove me to create Performance Legion and become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), UHP and ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, and Precision Nutrition Coach.
Drawing from the same proven methodologies that kept me and my team at peak performance, I specialize in resistance training (muscular strength, hypertrophy, and endurance), aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, and practical nutrition coaching. I’ve adapted these principles for individuals seeking to improve their health and performance.
Through Performance Legion, I equip individuals with the skills and strategies needed to elevate their performance. Grounded in the four pillars — Train, Fuel, Recover, and Purpose — I combine structured strength and conditioning with practical nutrition, effective recovery, and habit building strategies.
